Írjon visszajelzéstFebruary 14th was my husband and I first time at this particular Alehouse. We were excited (Valentine's Day) kept having to ask the waiter for things that should have already been on the table, had to ask for veggies, ordered a togo lunch as well, was not what we ordered, had a extra charge on bill no one could account for, and still tipped. Three more times over a few days, my Boss and I ordered lunch, order was not right, asked for veggies of the day, no veggies. Last straw today 2/21/06, ordered lunch, no veggies that were requested, baked potato was brown all the way through, called a few times, and was put on hold until I hung up. Do you think this is good for their BUSINESS?????? Also, this last time I ordered (2/21/06), there were no napkins or silverware (plastic forks, spoon, and knives) huh, huh???? What other steps do you think I should take??? (Smart remarks are not open for suggestion).
I appreciate their selection of draft beers and reasonable prices, as it's hard to find Guinness for under $5 a pint. The staff is always friendly, and while the food is decent (they never claimed to be gourmet), my husband and I really enjoy visiting for the lunch specials.
When I received the bill for $19, I left a $4 tip. However, I later noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $1.50 more than what was due. While $1.50 may not seem like a huge amount, it's simply not right to overcharge customers. I returned to address the issue with a manager. She took my name and number and promised to call me back, but I'm still waiting for that call. Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this restaurant, and I will be sure to share my experience with others.
Great spot to relax with friends, enjoy some drinks, and savor tasty bar food. Highly recommend!
Ok food. The atmosphere is what you go for.
