Írjon visszajelzéstThis was a total disappointment. I waited two hours for a meal that never arrived. The Google listing shows that the restaurant is permanently closed. I am not interested in ordering from here. I tried ordering from Uber Eats, but received text messages from DoorDash instead. Uber Eats even tried to invite me to a restaurant that was never open, but was still listed on their app. It was a complete waste of my evening. I waited two hours to eat after a long day at work, only to end up disappointed. Uber Eats was also unreliable in this situation.
Do not order from Michael's Restaurant on Uber Eats. They are a scam. They do not deliver orders and will make you wait without ever receiving your food. If you try to cancel, they will still take your money. If this happens to you, contact Uber Eats for help and keep communicating with them until the issue is resolved. Do not trust Michael's Restaurant and do not order from them.
This restaurant is a total scam! They also operate under the name Pizza e Basta on Uber Eats. They either do not prepare their food or deliver it extremely late, hoping that customers will cancel their orders. When I canceled my order, I immediately received a message saying my food was almost ready! I tried calling the restaurant but the number went to a personal cell phone with no voicemail. About an hour later, they delivered a burnt frozen pizza and a salad container. The restaurant claims that Uber Eats delivered the food so they could get paid, and I cannot leave a review on Uber Eats because I canceled. This is a total rip-off, avoid at all costs! After further investigation, I found that this business changes its name on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub; it's unbelievable how far they will go to deceive people.
I am literally outside the load that knocks for the pizza, but no one answers. I see three people talking bs inside. I'm sorry for everyone from here!
I had to takeout but the pizza was bold I'm enjoying it in the next 30 minutes great prices, and service will eat here again. Pedro Luis Rodriguez
