Had the Monday/Tuesday special. spaghetti and meat sauce. it was excellent. comes back in definitiw.

We went for our anniversary and the service was attentive, polite, and kind. Food came out quickly too. Only downside is that it didn’t blow our socks off. I first ordered the veal Marsala, and while my husband confirmed that the flavor was correct and made correctly, the veal did seem very rubbery. I couldn’t eat it so I apologetically ordered the chicken Parmesan instead. It was better, but not the best I have had. The server was very understanding.Definitely mom and pop atmosphere, which we love, we saw a lot of families there, and had hoped to maybe frequent, but we were hoping for a little more flavor.Still, worth a shot, from other reviews, maybe we just ordered the wrong dishes. ‍

I will start with the very old, dingy decor and lack of customer service. I ordered a Caesar salad with extra croutons. I overheard the waitress ask the other about croutons. First they brought salads and bread for the two people with me. White bread that looked to have been just taken out of a bag. Then the waitress brought us the wrong tables food. After that out food was delivered. My salad was a few leaves with Caesar dressing and a pile of that wonderful white bread chopped into large chunks and warmed, which of course just made the few leaves warm. This was a $10 salad. The side salads delivered earlier were actually better.When the waitress came to pick up the plates she saw the pile of bread sitting on the side and as she walked away mumbled “well you asked for extra croutons”. What kind of waitress abs restaurant doesn’t know what croutons are. Definitely not moist warmed bread. If you want dark, dirty decor, bad food and bad attitudes this is the perfect place.
