Moe's Southwest Grill - North Olmsted

We ordered from this restaurant for the first time for an office dinner and we got the bar and taco bar. Everyone really enjoyed the food; it was excellent! The delivery person was very nice and set everything up for us. Before placing the online order, I called to get recommendations on portion sizes and how much to order, and the girl I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the items I ordered wasn't available, but I received a phone call right away informing me of this and letting me know it would be removed from the bill. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience!

I had my first experience at Moe's tonight with my friend's kids, and I really enjoyed the food! The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were also following COVID-19 protocols, which was reassuring. I particularly loved the Chili con Queso! I had the House Wrecker Bowl, which was delicious. They offer a wide variety of options, from burritos to bowls, quesadillas, and nachos. I'll definitely be back for more. Today, I went back to try their new spicy chicken, and wow! If you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend it. I ended up adding sour cream to mine because it was a bit too spicy for me, but it was still fantastic. The staff was very accommodating, even though I had to ask for changes several times. Can't wait to return!

I absolutely love Moe's! They offer ground beef, which is my favorite choice for Mexican cuisine (even though it might not be super authentic, haha). I often buy the large containers to take home, and my husband, daughter, and I could happily snack on it with chips. They also have a great selection of gluten-free options—just a few items are not safe. However, they do their best to accommodate those with gluten sensitivities, although there is a risk of cross-contamination for strict celiacs. I also got a good laugh from the "Check Your Smile for Zilantro" signs in the bathroom. Such a fun touch!
