Írjon visszajelzéstGave it four stars for customer service experience. Tried to order ahead on their app but payment would not go through. Found out later per cashier that after reaching 100 orders online they apparently turn off the app feature from processing. Drive thru line was extremely long but moved steadily. I love this place but they need a bigger parking lot with entrance and exit signs. Drivers were entering and exiting both way which created alot of confusion to see who would go first. Coffee tasted great and was greeted wonderfully by the employees which took the stress away.
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The staff do a great job, and the quality of the products is on par with other chain locations. However, I want to highlight the issue with the drive-thru. It tends to get very busy at almost any time of day, leading to traffic congestion and parking frustrations. There's an entire empty lot next to Starbucks that could be utilized for auto queuing, which would be a helpful addition.
I absolutely love Starbucks! Every member of the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. If only the CEO could share their secret to creating such excellent employees with all companies, the entire work environment could improve!
