Starbucks - North Richland Hills

The girls are the best. Always helping out with any drink i get.

Love the coffee. I ordered drive thru and they were so polite. The chocolate crossont (i cant spell lol) was so delicious

They have signs that they don't have wraps, so I wanted to get a sandwich. The girl said they have sandwiches, but no wraps when we order.. She also said they have a peppermint shortage for months when I asked for a peppermint mocha. Why then add it to the menu for the holidays? I find what she said hard to believe. Anyway, I usually don't come here, but I had Christmas gift cards and the only two things I wanted to get, which is not a complicated order available. And the worker just sounded like she didn't want to be here.

Been going to this location for a while, the last few times i’ve gone there they haven’t been filling the coffee to the correct size. my venti and grande coffees have had 2-3 inches of coffee missing.

Was wondering why sometimes I order a venti the cup it is smaller than normal? I check on the label of the cup and it says venti. But the sizes are not consistent every time which is confusing. Are you running out of cups? The white cup with no Starbucks label are way smaller. Just wondering what's going on.
