Steak 'n Shake - North Royalton

The operations are very different than previous visits. this place has the order of kiosks for dine in or take them out. also serve drinks island now. eating was good and service was fast. no table service is available at this location.

I loved every bite of the food! It was absolutely delicious, served quickly by amazing staff. It was so good that I actually forgot my handbag there. I called a few minutes later, and they kept it safe until I could come back to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! They are fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend this place! If I could, I would rate it more than 5 stars!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! I ordered the garlic double burger topped with grilled onions, onion rings, and a gigantic birthday cake milkshake. It was almost too much to handle, but it was delicious! I'm definitely planning to return, and next time I want to try the Frisco melt. My girlfriend had one, and I couldn't resist stealing a bite—it was excellent as well. The place wasn't crowded during lunchtime, so I quickly found a table after ordering. The staff were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, great value!

Good place for a quick, cheap meal. The fries are thin on the crunchy side, which I like. The burgers are small the patties are thin, but you get a burger lots of fries for only $4. The milkshakes are fantastic are either $2.99 or 3.99 depending on what kind you get. So if you just drank water you could eat for $4.00. They have kiosks where you order and pay and then you pick up your food at a counter. There is no longer any table service since covid.

The service is absolutely atrocious! eating is good when you get it. most ketchup bottles have called ketchup in them. they must set at least one adult to monitor all the children who work there. I don't know if they're all hanging around the back and playing on their phones or what's going on, but it's ridiculous. that's the third time in three months and I won't be back!
