The food is good some of the staff are awful . And for goodness sake don't work there they talk about you behind your back and give you abuse

Food is Disgusting and arrives cold and late I phoned to complain and was answered by a the person who said he delivered it hot but I would not of phoned them back if this was the case,he was rude and patronising trying to tell me the food was hot but clearly it was not he said he could offer a credit but quite frankly I do not want any food from there again.

We have use Blue Fish on a regular basis for a while. Always had good delivery, fresh food. This evening, v disappointing. Delivery was due by 7.15, by 7.55 I called them and all of a sudden delivery arrived within 5 mins. Cold. Very disappointing. No excuse, no apology even though we are regular customers. Most of it is now in the bin. What a waste.

On 30/11/23 it was my granddaughters birthday we decided to buy a Fish and Chip supper to save any stress to prep party food as my Daughter had been poorly and we thought it would be easier We rang and ordered 6 fish and chip meals to be delivered at 6pm as my husband had to get there from work Simple’s I paid at 5.30 a knock at the door, it was our order my husband had literally just arrived On opening the food all I could say was yuck squashed barely warm food the batter was thick and soggy and undercooked. I know I can be fussy so we tried to eat what we could, most went in the bin, rather than cause a fuss but really it spoilt the lovely day we had had Needless to say we won’t be going back !!

Average it used to be a go to place for fish chips. Food average and service indifferent. Certainly not worth a journey.
