The service at this restaurant was terrible! My father and I went out for dinner today, and we were treated very poorly. My father ordered the princess burger with veggies on the side, but they brought out a completely different burger. When I approached the waitress to inform her about the mistake, she simply lifted the burger, moved the lettuce and tomato, and added the bacon. My father was so upset that he ended up leaving without even eating. He had to wait outside while I finished my meal and then went to another restaurant to find something to eat! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the customer service we received. We will never come back here again!
The menu is extensive and offers a great variety of options. My only complaint is that the font used for the menu descriptions was challenging to read due to its color. I actually had to ask the server to read it out loud, which she struggled with as well. My husband ordered the burger and it was amazing! It featured a large homemade patty, and we suspect the relish was also house-made. It was juicy, flavorful, and delightfully messy—everything you want in a burger. I tried the fish tacos, which came with a generous portion of fish—almost too much, to be honest. I ended up cutting some of it in half and leaving it on the side. I loved the cabbage slaw, but for next time, I’d request it to be placed on top, as having it at the bottom made the tortillas soggy. I also wished for a bit more spice in the dish, but I understand that not everyone prefers spicy food. When I asked for hot sauce, it was brought to me on the side, but I was surprised to find out there was a charge for it. Still, it added the extra kick I was looking for. The fries were homemade and cooked to perfection! They also have an impressive display of baked goods that looked absolutely delicious, but I was just too full to try any this time. Overall, it was a good experience, and I look forward to returning!
Second attempt to eat here and we drove a fair distance from out of town to get here as we have eaten here before but unfortunately it will be our last visit as we were unable to get a seat inside they wanted us to sit us by counter on wall next to entrance which was very busy and not a relaxing location so we asked to sit further inside. There was two tables used up in main area the rest was empty but apparently all reserved. For the money that places charge we should be able to sit where we like that is available. we have all been through a hard time not just businesses being selective about customer service you would think they would be more willing to accommodate. We are never unreasonable and don't argue we just turn around and leave as there are many more welcoming choices out there and we are quite willing to go where we feel welcome. Never settle for second rate service!
The place has a good appearance. Well organized and clean. The pictures on the walls are interesting. There is terrible echo in the dining room making for an unpleasant dining experience if the dining room is more than a third full. Maybe they could fix this. I 've eaten there twice. Both times my order was done incorrectly. The first time I had asked for something to be included and something to be held. It was presented with the held item included and the requested item missing. On my second visit an item was left off my entree and that of my guest as well. Also on my second visit the server told me that a side was not included with my meal when the menu clearly specified that it was and even listed the side options. The food is unremarkable but overpriced for the portion size or quality. It appears the white meat option has been removed (by pen) from some menu choices. There were several other small annoyances but I will mention just 1 more: the Wi-Fi is password protected and there is no sign posting the access information. I did not ask for access but I assume it is not for patrons. Any business where a person is expected to wait for service, and that has Wi-Fi, should provide access for their patrons. I probably would not go again.
