Tim Hortons - North Sydney

Went to Tim Hortons with my family, the person on the drive thru orders couldn’t understand anything we said. We were told they had items we ordered only to then be told that no they don’t have it.If someone is going to be on the drive thru order taker position, they need to be able to understand English.

The drink I ordered was a blackberry yuzu with no ice which is usually full the cup but the people working there :1- she made the drink half the cup2- when I asked to fill it up, instead of making a new and better drink, she just pored some more sparkling water in it which made the drink tastes pathetic and she definitely does not have a good customer service experience because I think she made some weird faces(not a good sign of customer service) when I asked to fill the drink up to the top.

The food was super buying the service was not the biggest of the young man who took our order was boring and rude.. He told us that they didn't serve breakfast all day, just because he didn't want to make the sandwiches, but I knew that the difference so got another waiter to take our order, unlike this big one.

Don't bother going unless you want a 25 min wait for a hit or miss drink.

Excellent service, quick and efficient—it's always a fantastic place for a coffee!
