Costa Coffee Silverlink

Visited 8th October a bit stressed with 7 kids for my daughters birthday! Was meant to order on app but it stressed me so Johnny kindly took my order and explained all my options as I ve not been here in ages! What a truly lovely lad and an amazing staff member nothing was an issue for him ! He couldn't be more helpful give this lad a pay rise or make him a Supervisor he is a credit to the company!!!

I am a regular customer at Nando's Silverlink. I work on The Silverlink, Wallsend and on Saturday 12 December I decided to get a Nando's takeaway at 9 pm. I paid £11.75 for Chicken Butterfly, Spicy Rice and Chips which was very disappointing. I was advised that there was a limited amount of food available as they were about to close. When I opened the take away I had a table spoon of Spicy Rice, what a waste of money!!!!!! The Chicken Butterfly was satisfactory but there were no sachets of Nando Sauce included so it was like having chicken and chips!!!!! I would definitely not recommend a take away. Not good value for money!!!!

Service was good but when you are not used to online apps qr codes it's another new normal and also won't be going back it was meant to be a 25 min wait turned out to be 40 min wait because I moved 1 inch from the waiting area

Called in here today whilst shopping with daughter she had caramel latte and I had skinny latte they were lovely as expected and staff were very helpful and friendly we sat outside as it was sunny

The usual Costa fare, nicely presented and with better-than-average staff compared to, say, the despicably slow Costa at the RVI hospital. Thank you, our coffees were lovely.
