Tim Hortons - North Vancouver

I really love the staff of this Tim hortons everyone their is so friendly, they always seem happy n cheerful specially Harpreet she got the cutest smile .

Very Rude staff, No smile on face at all.First they don’t listen properly and then they argue with customers. The girl who took the order was on training and took a wrong order but didn’t accept it and the girl who made my iced coffee was making weired faces.Also they charged me more and didn’t give refund for extra charge. Just Don’t work if you don’t want to.Wish I could give 0 star to this location.

Not organized staff and every time something is wrong with my order which finally forced me to write a review here. One time my coffee was cold, another time napkin's missed, another time my sandwich had sausage instead of bacon and the most annoying part is to coming back for your order which is a waste of time.I wish I could give a zero to this store and it's management and I think a bunch of robots can do better than these guys. Tim Hortons is a lovely place to me and millions of Canadian but I am about changing my mind.

The staff here are the best, they always work so hard despite massive rushes and people being rude towards them. The costumers here often treat the staff so poorly and rude yet the staff remain still polite and respectful, the way they still manage to do such a great job in such a stressful work environment is extremely impressive.

It was the worst experience I ever had at any fast food restaurant.i had 30 min break and went to this location to quickly gab soup but They took 25 min to just serve me chicken noodles soup. And my bun was missing. I have to start working against without eating anything. Never going back to this location ever
