However, on the day of the party, when I went to collect the food, I was told that my order was actually at their main location, which is about an hour away from my house. I called the other location to resolve the issue and requested delivery of my order. Unfortunately, I encountered one staff member who was incredibly rude and another who informed me that the owner wouldn't do anything since there was no driver available. She claimed that the staff was doing everything they could to find someone to deliver my food, but that turned out to be a blatant lie. She promised to contact the owner again and get back to me, but I never heard from her or anyone at Mediterranean Catering again. It was clear that they did not care about my order or the mistake that had been made. While this may not have been their largest order, I was recommended to them by a family member and a friend who have used their services for bigger events. Both of them, along with me, have decided that we will never use Mediterranean Catering again.

I hadn't visited this place since before the pandemic. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order! The food was bland and not very tasty. It's disappointing that this was my experience after so many years away!

I hired Mediterranean Catering for our office Christmas party, which was held about an hour away at 11:30 am. The food arrived hot and fresh, set up professionally and right on time. My employees eagerly filled their plates, and by the end of the day, there were hardly any teriyaki flank steak or chicken kabobs left. Many people went back for seconds, and several even took home plates to share with their families. The food was absolutely delicious, including the handmade salad dressings! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We will definitely be using them again, and I'm sharing their information with our 22 other branches. I highly recommend this catering service for any personal or professional event. Excellent job!
