Pizza Hut Scarborough

I’d I could give no stars I would. The only plus was the reasonable delivery time. Spent $70 dollars to only eat onion rings, the only thing that was edible. The pepperoni pizza was burnt, despise the way it looked we all took one bite and instantly spit it out. The Hawaiian pizza was just as bad.. not to mention paid extra for stuffed crust and it was a hunk of unmelted cheese. Got the cheesy pull apart bread it was also burnt, and tasted like soap for some odd reason. We had called the store to address our concerns. We were told that no refund would be issued, and that if we feel like it we can call back tomorrow when the head manger is in to talk about a refund.. overall very unsatisfied. Especially when your spending $70+ dollars on food, you expect it too be edible at least…

To the man that deliver my food during lunch time, I am very sorry that I have upset you and disturb your peace. I ordered from Pizza Hut today and I was told that my delivery man was downstairs. As I went downstairs he was just in his car with one leg up on the phone. I had to come out from him to notice I was standing outside waited for my food. He was very rude. He didn’t want to greet me and he didn’t even check if the money was short. He just gave me the food and then took the money. Sir, I should’ve stand there and watch you on your phone while I was outside waiting for my food. I’m sorry that have disturb your peace. I will definitely not order back from the restaurant

I’ll give 0 star dont order here one of the employee dont even know how to do customer service, I just taught him how to do customer service and how to handle if some customer had a complain. This restaurant suck i will never order here ever again. I wanna say the complain but i saw in the review some people complained the shiet i’ve experienced today so please dont come here. Or dont do online delivery its gonna waste your time.

Have ordered pizza with the location for a long time. Every time the service has met or even exceeded my expectations. Orders need to be made from the location's own delivery drivers and not through Ubereats.
