Rose Kebab in Toronto exceeded all expectations! The service was amazing- The lady was incredibly sweet and attentive. You could feel the passion in every dish; it's evident the food is made with love. A culinary gem in the heart of Toronto. Highly recommend!

My wife ordered from this place and she got the worst and most rude service of her life. The lady at the place is very rude and has a giant attitude. I am still shocked that this place has a collective rating higher than 4. Not only the service is bad but also the sandwich is nothing but an average and still don’t understand the rating.About the incident and why I am saying the woman was rude. Apparently this lady charge customers $1 when they pay by credit card. The problem is that she doesn’t inform the customer in advance at least for their info. The customer might then decide to pay cash or debit. When my wife noticed the extra charge, she asked why, and she got the ugly and agressive treatment of the woman. I wish I was there to put her in her place.

This was the worst Kebab I ever had in my life. I am being fair and honest here. It took 45 minutes to have the food ready. The rice was full of oil and a bit uncooked. The Kebab was full of onion and other fillers (Aard Nokhodchi) to make up for the lack of meat!I spent ~100$ for a lunch with the family and believe me, I could get a much much much better food with that money! There are other competitors not too far from this place that would provide most bang for your buck.I am not sure those who gave this lady 5 stars reviews were her family/friends or they have no idea what a good Kebab tastes like?!This is not a Persian Kebab and it's an embarrassment for naming it Persian Kebab. Please don't waste your money here and have a quality Kebab somewhere else with the same price.BTW, I only tried the food based on the reviews and the 5 stars. What a mistake! I am not mean. I totally understand she is trying to run a business, but being rude, lack of customer service and providing low quality food with such a high price is not what I went for with my family. I would never ever try this place again!if there was negative stars, this place would get many of those from me! what a waste....

The best kebab I had in Toronto .I did not pay attention to the comments of mean people, I personally wanted to try Rose Kebab, which was recommended by CBC.I must mention that the quality of the food was at the level of 5-star hotelsI am definitely coming back to support them.
