Northwestern Chinese Cuisine Bái Jiā Lǎo Tāng

I ordered the Fish noodle with braised chicken special broth and the Chinese hamburger. The hamburger bread and pork stuffing were a bit dry, which made me think they may have used leftovers from their broth for the filling. I believe it could have been improved with other ingredients. However, dipping the hamburger into the broth added moisture and flavor. The chicken pieces were tasty on their own. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the noodles, so I might try the ramen next time. The broth was the highlight for me - flavorful, not greasy, and didn't leave me feeling extra thirsty afterwards (like MSG often does). I would return just for the broth alone and would have given it four stars if the other components were as satisfying.

Ordered from a delivery app cause the reviews were high so thought I give it a try. The soup was bland and then noticed hair in the noodles… should’ve looked on the reviews here first.Avoid if you can.

There was food in my hair and the soup was bland. I would not consider giving this restaurant a second chance. The reviews accurately reflect my experience.

Avoid this location.Quality compared to other locations is night day.

Found plastic in my food. I saw other reviews had similar experiences and thought I would give this restaurant a chance sadly I was mistaken.
