Visitors can browse through the shops, grab a cappuccino, and relax while watching the world go by. Although not the most affordable option, the menu offers a nice selection of cakes and snacks. The only downside is that it tends to get crowded.
The restaurant offers fantastic lunch options, with their fish and chips being a customer favorite. They frequently have promotions for Garden Centre members and Senior Citizens.
I went to this restaurant yesterday and asked for a bacon sandwich at 11:28, only to be told that they had already stopped serving breakfast at 11:30. Even though it wasn't yet 11:30, the kitchen refused to make me a sandwich. Despite there being very few customers in the restaurant and no one else in line, the staff at the counter were unhelpful and the restaurant manager was rude and inflexible. It seems that the staff prioritize their own convenience over providing good customer service. After speaking to the General Manager named Dean, who admitted the service we received was unacceptable, we were promised better service on our next visit. However, after this experience, we have no plans to return to this restaurant.
Restaurant is nice as is garden centre but prices in the restaurant are horrendous, nearly £2.00 for a can of coke food very expensive wouldn't reccomend to anyone wanting to eat here purely on price
Went for a family breakfast, full english was served with cold hash brown and the rest was luke warm. Sent it back and waited ages but nothing arrived so got money back and the person serving was not even bothered... Glad this company is doing so well it can afford to lose customers...
