Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

If I could give zero stars, I would be drawn in by 9:45. I ordered the redner at 21:57 clock, which asked what my order was. I asked for a spoon. then no one came back to the loudspeaker. so I repeated my order and still nothing. the clock is now at 9:58. suddenly all the lights turn off on the menu and one thing says we are closed by the intercom. there are two cars in front of me and one behind me. So if I want to go, I can't. I wait in the line and when I'm on the window to talk to someone, they refuse to come to the window and laugh about me. and since I was was wasting my whole time in their line, I couldn't even go to the milk queen to get everything because they were closed. their employees were lazy and rude. they wanted to close early, offered me to take my order, but just don't feel as I guess. being treated so badly is really discouraging.

The manager who assisted us with our order seemed displeased and was not particularly friendly. She may not have been the most pleasant person. I requested to pick up our order at the window and made a mental note to remind the manager to ask for her next time we order. I have a feeling that she may have a high turnover rate with employees. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant appeared to be tense and unwelcoming.

The food quality at this restaurant is subpar. The dishes were cold and seemed to have been sitting out for a while.

I received the incorrect meal at this restaurant, and to make matters worse, I discovered either a piece of plastic or a fish bone in my fish sandwich. I am requesting a refund and I hope that the person who received my incorrect order of a Big Daddy Burger enjoyed it.
