Nbc Sports Club - NORTHMEAD

We visited the club restaurant last night as the first painter, was very disappointed about the service, as we waited for an hour on our frying of the meal days. we questioned the long process twice with the waitress and both males she told us that she would investigate, but never came to us again. on our third question we said that the meal had been missed and were not ordered. we wanted our money back. later we talked to another couple, which said the same thing happened to them. may have been a blessing in cladding, as our friends who have managed to feed all the complaining the meals were crappy.

I took my parents out for lunch today, and I must say, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We felt welcomed right from the start!

The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere had a pleasant typical pub and club vibe, complete with a bar, pool tables, and a VIP lounge. The food was fresh and delicious as well.

After about half an hour, one of our meals arrived. After another 15 minutes, I went to the counter to check on the status of our other meal. The friendly girl behind the counter informed me that the kitchen had only received one order for our table, even though two meals were placed in their system. Another 20 minutes went by, so we approached the counter again to inquire about the delay and were told that the kitchen had not yet started preparing the second meal. At that point, one of us was getting really impatient and quite hungry. I recommend that the staff check their QR ordering system to prevent this from happening to other customers. Additionally, I suggest that the club consider expanding their parking options to accommodate more guests. Our experience was very inconsistent, and I'm not sure if I would want to return to the club in the future.

4 stars because of the backyard playground area. they sit under it with play equipment (bark, dirt floor), spring cushion and springing burg. good is average but we return because the children can run out their energy while they are in themselves.
