Little Caesars Pizza - NORTHVILLE

This is honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant! After 8:30 a.m., they won’t accept pick-up orders for anything except bread or round pizzas. I placed an order today that totaled $22.00, but when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, they refused to accept it because they couldn’t break it. To make matters worse, they initially told me it would take 40-60 minutes for my order because they were so busy! At this point, I told them to keep my food since they couldn’t provide me with $78 in change for my bill. Save your time and money by choosing a different place!

I live less than a mile away from this Little Caesars, and I have to say, it's pretty disappointing. This place is rarely busy, yet the employee on duty somehow never seems to make any pizzas. On a Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, he informed me—and likely others—that I would need to wait 30 minutes for a Hot-N-Ready and breadsticks because he hadn't prepared anything. This is just unacceptable. The customer service here is consistently poor, regardless of the day of the week. Every time I visit, I leave frustrated. It really undermines the convenience that a Hot-N-Ready is supposed to offer. Little Caesars, have you read your reviews? You need to do better!

The owner must give up this store. never open, from food, terrible.

This is the most unreliable restaurant you'll ever encounter. I often stop by after work to grab a Hot and Ready pizza, but they rarely have any available. The first thing the staff says is that there's a 30-minute wait for everything. Most of the time, I leave empty-handed because let’s be honest, Hot and Ready is really all that Little Caesars has to offer. You wouldn't want to place an order and wait because, quite frankly, their pizza just isn't that good.

Employees are rude. Try to take your order from the back while yelling to the front. Arron was very rude about the exact change policy which there is no sign for. Also getting a recipe was also a hassle. How do you pretty much require credit card payments and then not want to give out recipes blows my mind.
