Visiting from out of town and decided to go to Rocky's. The Hostess (Kathy) was amazing, engaging, and customer oriented. The beginning of the meal went well, and the appetizer was great. Our waitress was engaged in the beginning and the Manager, David, left something to be desired. David delivered the wrong entries to our table, and we did not notice until we poked around with our forks. They were quickly removed and without any explanation from our waitress or David, the manager, we sat for an additional 23 minutes before asking another server to have our server return with the meals boxed up. We watched as others received their meals after us and eat, get desert, finish, pay and leave with no visit from our server or the manager. When our server came back, we asked to have it boxed up as we were upset at this point. We were delivered the bill and the meals boxed up with a full price bill. After speaking with the Hostess, who saw the problem, we left. Upon coming home, which is five minutes from there, the steak that was ordered medium rare closer to rare was medium to well done. We attempted to call the restaurant and the Bar Tender, Jenny, answered and was extremely rude and sarcastic, ultimately hanging up and would then not answer the phone. We will call the owner tomorrow and see if this review changes, but for now it is a 1.

It's generally very good but inconsistent lately. Fantastic pork chop has become one I'm afraid to order again. And other misses too. Bar help can be slow and snotty. Parking: Plenty and fills up early. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
