Fast 5 Pizza Norwalk

I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it. The pizza was quite good, and the wings were outstanding. The dough on the pizza was just right. The service was friendly, too.

The first time here. The pizza was pretty good. The wings were great. The dough on the pizza was perfect. Friendly service.

I ordered four pizzas, wings, and breadsticks at 4:03 PM, and was initially told it would take 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be ready. After 20 minutes, I was informed that my order still wasn't ready, so I decided to remove the wings, thinking that would speed things up. The staff member then told me it would be just a 5-minute wait. However, after 15 more minutes, I still had not received my order. I saw a guy cutting breadsticks and handing them to someone else, while my pizzas were sitting on the counter. When I asked the staff what was causing the delay, I was told it was the breadsticks. Seriously?! I decided to cancel the breadsticks and was left waiting for my pizzas for a total of one hour. I am extremely frustrated, as if I had known my entire order wasn't ready, I would have left!

Fast 5 is now Lucian's Pizza. The food is still great but the employees will give you attitude if you put in a big order no receipt and limits on order), special order or walk in a half hour before closing we ran out of dough) or no we already turn off the ovens) but the open sign is on
