Grill Town - Norwalk

I ordered a $9 salad, and it was terrible. The avocado on it was rotten, and there was barely a spoonful of chicken mixed in with all the lettuce. I used to enjoy this place years ago, but I won't be going back. When I asked for salad dressing, it looked like mayonnaise, and when I inquired about it, they told me it was mayonnaise mixed with ginger. Are you serious? It was awful. Grill Town doesn't even deserve one star.

The restaurant was very clean, and the cashier was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious; I ordered the chicken and bulgogi plate, and the salad was also tasty.

The food was tasty, but the customer service was lackluster. I wouldn't recommend ordering any drinks as they seemed to be expired, and there are no restrooms available.

The food is good. However, the customer service isn't. I had an experience here where I was charged twice and had to call my bank to cancel my first transaction because the cashier didn't want to give me a refund. He was actually rude about it and told me that he couldn't do anything and if I would like I could just walk away without the food. Honestly the customer service is terrible. Saying that it isn't good is not enough. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the food is actually tasty. Just bring cash on your visit to avoid a headache.

If you're into bowls and friendly quick service this is the place.
