Lupita's - Norwalk

If you're looking for a place to eat where the food is just okay but the customer service is terrible, then this is the place for you. When I called to place an order, the young lady who answered was incredibly rude. I didn't even get a chance to ask for more information or better service, she just wanted to take my order and get me off the phone.

Even after many years, the quality of the food and service at this restaurant remains top-notch.

I believe that this restaurant has gone downhill. I ordered chicken enchiladas two weeks ago and they were dry and tasted old. Today, I had chiles rellenos and they were not as good as they used to be.

Sorry to say this is my least favorite food in Norwalk. The food was not fresh, bland, and lack presentation. Not my cup of tea. I gave it a try today and that will be my last.

This place gives first-rate service and yummy food. My favourite restaurant in the city. The food arrived quick and the rates are economical. Recommended.
