Michele's Pies - Norwalk

The baked goods here are outstanding. The pies are delicious, the fruit turnovers are utterly addictive, and the quiches are the best I’ve ever tasted.

The positives: everything here is outstanding. The downside: they can occasionally sell out. So, when you visit, make sure to place your order in advance. This ensures that they prepare the pie as fresh as possible, and you might even receive pies that are still warm from the oven. You won't find that experience anywhere else. I suggest sampling a few small pies until you discover your favorites.

The apple pie is absolutely just like my mother's homemade version! It’s excellent!

After being told by Connecticut residents and the staff I decided to purchase 2 pies. The apple pie left a lot to be desired. The crust was extremely thick and not flakey but the apples themselves were decent. The second pie was a pecan pie. The filling was good once again but the crust was sub par at best. I am not saying the pies were terrible but I am also wondering how this place can win awards. I wish the business the best of luck but reevaluate and get back to why you made pies in the first place.

I hired Michele’s Pies for my wedding, and I'm so happy I did! We ordered 100 mini pies as favors, and Stephen was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the flavor selection and ensuring that the presentation of the individual boxes was just as I envisioned. They not only looked fantastic but tasted amazing too. Our guests couldn't stop talking about them. I highly recommend Michele’s Pies!
