Dunkin' - Norwich

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm here this morning at 7:30 a.m. and they usually give up the wipes in a bag. Instead it was in a box and when the worker gave it to me, I had a look at my face. instead of explaining the change or just being nice, she grabbed me. I will never return to this dunkin until it is fired or replaced.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from a long trip to Pennsylvania. When we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely woman behind the register who quickly and accurately took our orders. The restrooms were open and extremely clean. An older, polite woman even called me "honey" and showed me where my coffee was. The iced latte I ordered was made perfectly. I wish every Dunkin' Donuts had a crew like this one. The employees were great!

I went with you. I have the wrong drink. it looked wrong when the hired man gave it to me. I asked. I asked if it was a big hot latte. he assured me that it and from I went. in the hwy went to norwich. I'll take one and don't find my laugh. I was wasted 1/8 tank when gas and 20 minutes turn around to get the drink I paid. I was not offered for my inconvenience. I won't be back. 4.50 top!

This Dunkin' Donuts used to be great a few years ago, and even last year. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The lady at the window seemed uninterested and could barely make eye contact. The person who took my order at the speaker was kind but appeared stressed, likely due to the yelling in the background. I ordered an iced latte and an egg and sausage sandwich but received a bagel with cream cheese and an iced latte with too much sugar at the bottom. The latte was undrinkable due to being overly sweet. I would give the previous staff 3 stars because I miss them, but I cannot give any stars to the current employees.
