Mcdonald's - Norwich

One of the employees here welcomes every individual customer who comes and checks if they need something and knows how to order. He remembers the names of people and is generally very nice! It wouldn't be anyone's cup of tea as you usually know what you are in McDonalds(!!! but I think it's great that someone can be so friendly and welcoming.

Always hot food here, and never any issues! And despite my best objections, i do eat here somewhat regularly, which when compared to other mcdonalds sites in Norwich, I find the staff alot more friendly and as mentioned previously there's hardly ever any issues with cold fries or anything tasting reheated or anything.

I visited for breakfast but unfortunately missed it. The drive-thru was quite busy at 11 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and there weren’t many people dining in. The restaurant was very clean and offered unlimited options. I enjoyed a cup of tea while my daughter had a Happy Meal. I almost spilled my full cup of tea on our food, but the staff was kind enough to replace everything. The outdoor playground was a bit too close for comfort, but Gemma was fantastic—she engaged with my daughter and had great conversation. Overall, I would definitely visit again because the staff was so friendly.

I had a lovely breakfast this morning; all the food was fresh and served hot, and the adjustments I requested were made promptly. The table service was really quick. Ross was fantastic—nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was always there to ensure we had everything we needed.
