Frankie Benny's Norwich

The food was disappointing, but I can't fault the service. It's something to consider.

After I made a reservation through OpenTable, the restaurant had no record of my booking. It was meant to be a surprise for a birthday celebration, and we ended up having to sit at two separate tables (there were six of us). Initially, the restaurant staff was not very accommodating, but after I found the confirmation email for my reservation, they apologized and offered us a bottle of wine, along with a discount on our bill. I didn't share my experience at the time, and I don't think I'll be rushing to return.

We had a wonderful experience at Frankie & Benny's. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We can't wait to return!

Frankie benny could not blame, but I would have booked over opentable confirmation of the booking only to be called tomorrow we wanted to say that we did not have this booking?! although we could still go on this day, but at another time it caused problems, as we had limited time to reorganize our planned day.

We were a party of 5 having a birthday lunch . We love this place , the staff are fab and on the ball , its clean and has an atmosphere that suits whatever reason you are there for . We have been before and knew instantly it was the place to go to celebrate our daughters birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant.
