Pizza Hut - Norwich

The food at Pizza Hut was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Liam, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating, managing to fit us in despite the busyness of the restaurant. He made sure our order was exactly to our liking. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Liam!

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. They were out of stock on many items, including all vegetarian options. After waiting 45 minutes for a substitute, they brought out the wrong food. The staff were arguing with customers and the bathrooms were lacking soap. Inappropriate language was even used in front of our young children. As a family of five who used to frequent this place, we will not be returning. Our visit to the Chapelfield Norwich branch was a series of failures. Customer service is severely lacking and there are significant issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, it looks like we will have to find a different place to enjoy our pizza.

Unfortunately, the design of this restaurant is not ideal for busy times. When we arrived with a pushchair, we had to ask several other diners to move their chairs in order to reach our table, which was a bit embarrassing. The waitress did not assist us in navigating through the crowded dining area, leaving us to interrupt other guests. It would have been understandable if there were no suitable tables available, but it felt awkward asking others to accommodate us. The all-you-can-eat buffet was also disappointing. When we went up to get some food, there was only half a pizza left. After requesting more to be cooked, we were told that the buffet service was coming to an end.

Friendly staff, great pizza , and even nicer cookie dough , service was quick , prices weren't too bad , only complaint was that the restaurant was cold in the evening.

Never had an issues with other outlets, however this visit was a none starter from a customer service point of view. So called manager was a disgrace to the company curt, rude and couldn't give a damn. Tables and floor a disgrace. Gawd knows what it would have been like had it been busy, plenty of other outlets in the area to go to.
