This place is fantastic! Initially, my order was a bit mixed up; one of the meals was missing when I got home. I called right before they closed, as I had just arrived home. They informed me that I could come back to pick it up, even though they would be closing soon, and assured me it would be there for me. I drove back, and they not only handed me my missing food but also refunded my money and gave me a $5 gift card. The team was incredibly friendly and very helpful! They have an amazing team with great personalities! Thank you to the Norwood Young America team for going above and beyond!
NYA and Delano Dairy Queen are the best in the Twin Cities metro area! They offer quick service, a clean environment, and friendly staff.
