Subway - Norwood

I was the only customer there, and the vibe I got from her was that she simply wasn't interested in helping. Halfway through making my sandwich, I asked her to stop because I was unhappy with how she was preparing it. I can sense energy well, and it was clear she didn't want to make my sandwich until I complained about her service. By that point, I decided I didn’t want to eat there or support this establishment any longer. The food looked stale, with what appeared to be yesterday's lettuce and vegetables. Coupled with her unwelcoming demeanor, I chose to leave before finishing my order. I’ve heard that this location is better than the one in Albemarle, but based on my experience with these two girls, I firmly disagree. However, your experience might be different.

I visited the restaurant yesterday for a pickup order that I had placed online. I arrived with my receipt in hand, but when I got there, the staff claimed they didn’t have half of my order. Despite having the order details on my phone, one of the women accused me of lying. Another employee stepped in to prepare the rest of my food while the first lady called the owner and continued to be rude, essentially suggesting that I was trying to steal. I hadn’t ordered from this place in about a year because they never answer the phone for takeout orders, and now with this experience, I can't even use the app to order because of the unpleasant treatment.

Casbian is incredibly polite and respectful, and everyone there is super friendly. We love our hometown Subway!

Had the most wonderful sandwich made for me tonight. Definitely recommend this

This subway is way better than the one in Albemarle.
