Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This is my favorite restaurant, and this particular Red Robin has never let me down! Plus they still make rare burgers if you like that

I have always liked this place but the service was terrible today. Maybe they were over worked. I still tipped a reasonable amount but we had to repeat the items that we still needed several times. Needed a knife to cut up food for my grandson. We asked for a refill for his milk. We struggled to get a box for our leftovers. It wasn't a pleasant experience. The food was ok.

Did not have a good experience at all when I went to the Red Robin in White Marsh Very!! Lousy!! waitress left us hanging without returning to the table for at least 20 min we were not able to get refills on our drinks!! which we needed So we were very disappointed to say the least There are alot of better restaurants to go to out there!!!

I love Red Robin. Excellent food, great staff, and especially good company when you get to enjoy your time with family

The staff is fantastic, but the food and drinks leave much to be desired. The orange cream soda consists of orange flavoring at the bottom and whipped cream on top, which was quite odd. The sweet tea is oversweetened, and unfortunately, the food was far from delicious. I gave it 3 stars mainly because the staff was incredible—they didn't deserve the poor quality of the food. One dish, in particular, the garlic fries, looked unappetizing with crumbs that resembled a mess.
