We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The dim sum was delicious, with standout dishes like cashew nut prawns, Chinese duck, and ginger and garlic bark. The customer service was excellent as well. You won't be disappointed!

I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews on Travel Advisor and because my son wanted Chinese food for his birthday meal. I must say, if a genie granted me the wish to only eat here for the rest of my life, I would be a very happy woman. The food was delicious and the price was a bargain.

I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant review. Many items on the menu were not available at 4 o'clock on a Saturday, which was disappointing. The food took an hour to come out, even though there were only a few small groups of customers. After 45 minutes, we asked about our order and were told it was our fault for not specifying that we wanted to eat right away when we placed our order. Who does that in a restaurant? The food was okay when it finally arrived, but nothing special. The bill came to $91, with a note indicating that cash payment was $87. I've eaten at top restaurants in Sheffield, Birmingham, and London where similar or better quality meals cost $60-70. When I questioned the discrepancy in the bill, I was told it was due to a higher Chinese price. $7.50 for a pot of tea is outrageous. Despite being offered a 10% discount for the late food, which made no sense, we paid and left. The toilets were also a hazard, with wet floors that felt like an ice rink. It seems like the positive reviews for this place come from people who enjoyed the chicken, pork, egg rolls, and beer.

For years never come any problems, but last night (01/04/2022) restaurant was cold as the teller. I spoke to the employee we used to, as she said very kindly to her, our asking .she agreed that it was cold. the owner (alan) I think his name is trying to suggest that he could not understand why the heating was not on answer, it is off! we had our starter, but when the main entrance arrived, it was still colder the teller, the kitchen obviously had hot eating on very cold teller laid. we paid for our appetizers drink left, but I hope that was just a swallow, as the food service in which is really perfect. the old plate warmers can be worth a thought? but the heating on to turn is a must, as there were many people who kept on their weights etc. I'm sorry for this bad review, but being uncomfortable is not acceptable.

Been here several times now and the food is good and the service is on par with most other restaurants. Would rate it higher but for some unknown reason there is a surcharge for changing a set menu? If you want to change a prawn...dish to vegetables for example, theses a £3 surcharge? Never been to a restaurant that does this and as the prices are far from cheap, its not acceptable! If its changing up then you could understand but for something cheaper? This puts us off ever ordering a set meal as there is always something you dont like and want to change especially as my wife has a severe nut allergy.The restaurant itself was pretty cold inside and got colder every time someone walked through the front door as we assume there was not heating on. A lot of people keep there jackets and coats on.
