Chipotle Mexican Grill - Novato

Very polite, efficient and accommodating staff. The store was very clean even during my visit. The food was good and filled. This is the type of Chipotle branch I am happy to visit! With my experience, I must suspect that the people in Novato are perhaps only nicer than some of the other cities, or at least the people who work are better to be professional.

This Chipotle location is incredibly clean, and they fill the bowls just right! The young man who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I just wish it were closer to me!

I truly appreciate the consistent menu at all Chipotle locations, but this particular restaurant is absolutely stunning! It's situated in an independent building, and I must commend the designer for the wonderful layout. The sunlight pours in, and the tables offer a fantastic view of the beautiful garden outside. Thank you for that! The service here is also exceptional; the smooth teamwork is impressive! We actually drive north to visit this location, even though we have a few that are closer to home.

I am very satisfied with both the food and service at this restaurant. The dining area was about half full during my visit. I ordered a steak dish, and although I typically avoid rice, the server graciously filled my bowl with vegetables instead. I highly recommend this restaurant!
