Frannie Annie's - Nuneaton and Bedworth

The person who wrote a negative review needs to toughen up. This is a good cafe with friendly staff. If you're not a fan, try booking a table at the Ritz. Excellent service and delicious food.

A nice little restaurant offering breakfasts and other meals. A good, well cooked breakfast in a clean envionment. A great find for a stranger in town on a Sunday morning. Will remember them for when I'm next in town.

After reading previous reviews I can see that I am not alone in how myself my partner were left feeling. We ordered collected an order which was wrong, my partner asked to order some drinks before he left some sauces, this seemed to be a huge inconvenience to the owner (Fran), not very sure why. She was clicking at her staff which has infuriated us both, if either of us did that in our jobs we would be at the Job Centre looking for new roles. The staff looked bedraggled at the sheer amount of orders being barked at them the way they were being spoken to. Kindness costs nothing you should treat those how you want to be treated. She then humiliated my partner in front of all of the customers, some laughed (clearly regulars) others left (obviously disgusted at her customer service skills). I really think Fran needs to reconsider how she talks to people, you really don’t know what’s going on in someone’s life you could be the person that sends someone into a spiral. Deep for a post about a fry up but customer service goes a long long way! The only thing that saves this business are the attitudes of the other staff working there. Had previous breakfasts from there but when Fran is at work, the toast is warm bread the orders are wrong. Unfortunately won’t be bringing our custom to back to Frannie Annies, bang average breakfast derogatory customer service. Attached is my half empty coffee that tastes nothing like a mocha. What a shame

Had the most delicious pancakes .Hubby had full English Excellent food and service we will be back Lovely hosts
