Escape The Room Chicago (oak Brook)

This was the most misleading bokking experience ever. I bought 8 tickets and I bought cancelation protection and I still lost $230. This only included 1 ticket and the private experience. They were not sympathetic or even tried to keep a customer happy. I'm never booking here again. They are way too expensive and were the most unhelpful staff Ive spoken to. Your money will be well spent elsewhere.

We did the Submarine escape room and had a great time, the room was well designed, the puzzles were difficult but not unsolvable, and Gabriel gave us great clues when we got stuck. This is the third escape room I’ve been to and is the best so far.

All of the staff is incredibly nice! We always have an amazing time at Escape the Room! Staff makes the journey that much better, and they are always there to lend a helping hand! A perfect place for nights out with friends and family!

Had a fun time in the south park themed lock down. This location was very friendly informative and allowed a grace period for a bday gathering. I would love to come back and try again. Thanks :
