True Food Kitchen - OAK BROOK

I had a great time during my first visit to this restaurant. The interior is very comfortable and minimalistic, with plenty of greenery. My friends and I met up for lunch and everyone loved their meals. We shared the charred cauliflower appetizer and even added a side of potatoes for good measure. For my main course, I had the chopped salad which was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. Our server, Marco, was excellent and the price for the quality of food we received was unbeatable. I am excited to return to this restaurant for a healthy and satisfying meal in the future.

Healthy food with amazing tastes. I had two eggs with fingerling potatoes and toast. My friend had vegan avocado toast. She also had sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. We both had teas which came in little glass pots. The best thing was that we had the freedom to sit and catch up. Nobody ever hung around waiting for us to leave. Great place for vegetarians, carnivores, vegans, and gluten free people. We can all eat together.

A lot of vegetarian options, good portions, and delicious! Bowls are my go to for a Friday night delivery.

We had a much better experience here tonight! Especially enjoyed the butternut squash soup and so glad they brought back the flourless chocolate cake with vegan vanilla ice cream combo. Prompt service and curious to try a few other menu items.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and the staff is always very professional. However, for the second time in a month, my friends and I decided to leave and eat at a different restaurant in the same area. The reason for our departure was the extremely loud music. While loud music may be typical in some restaurants, especially during the cocktail hour, it seemed out of place in a suburban restaurant located in a mall frequented by young families and retired individuals. My friends mentioned that they had to ask the management to lower the volume every time we visited. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the menu.
