If I could give zero stars, I would. Their google business page says they’re open till 9, but I tried to stop here at 6:31 pm (not even to order; all I wanted to do was see what cold cups they had out) and one of the workers came outside as I was on my way to walk in and she goes “the lobby is closed.” Girl, BYE. Put a sign on the door stating that the lobby closes at a different time than the store itself or update your business hours. Food: 1

Sitting in this Starbucks at 5:30 AM while a loved one is having surgery across the street and Starbucks is blaring agitating music. Folks sitting at tables with laptops; Starbucks would think to be considerate enough to play softer, soothing music; but no, metal music mixed with rap seems to just fine at least lower the damn volume!

Stopped in only because someone gave me a gift card. I looked at the snacks they had and thought the lemon pound cake looked good, (and it was) so I got 2 pieces. I was expecting them to cut a couple pieces From a fresh loaf. Nope, the lady grabbed 2 pre packaged slices, opened them and put them in seperate bags. Okay, so they don't make some things fresh at the Stores, not a big deal. what irritated me, was that the display piece was about 1 3/4 Thick, but the 2 bieces I was given were only about 3/4 inches thick looked like a bait and switch to me. Although the pound cake was good, the tiny pieces they gave me (versus the display), were not worth $3.75 P/slice. If you're worried That what you charge for something is too much that you have to mislead a consumer by displaying a larger piece than what you actually Sell, Maybe you're charging too much.
