Subway - Oak Grove

Two people working, no line, and still I waited 5 minutes for them to wait on me? Nice people, but maybe not the best job for them.

My mother and I just went in to get some sandwiches today on 6/22/22 at 3:30 pm and were very cautious from times in the past with staff that weren?t so great. But we were pleasantly surprised with the two young guys working there!!!! We didn?t catchtheir names but they made fabulous subs and had a very professional look about them!!! They were very kind and answered all ourquestions. OG subway needs to pay these guys more!!! They deserve it!!! 10/10 experience we will be coming back!!

I used to work for the subway and was an assistant manager so I just critiquing based on how I wanted my staff to treat customers, but the night I went in the lady was as frustrated as many customers had them, and wore a mask. I get this mask thing while work is not ideal, but in my head she shouldn't have taken her anger on me. She was very rude and had no good customer service at all. The food was great. I would definitely return as long as she didn't work. She did a great job with the sandwiches, but unfortunately I completely forgot to take photos.

However, we were pleasantly surprised by the two young men working there! We didn't catch their names, but they made fantastic subs and appeared very professional! They were friendly and answered all our questions. Subway really needs to pay these guys more—they truly deserve it! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely return!
