Subway - Oak Grove

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. A staff member wearing a Chiefs hat had an unfriendly demeanor; we waited in line for 10 minutes while he glared at us. When he finally came over, he approached us in a rather rude manner and asked what we wanted. We've been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, we won’t be returning.

The staff was friendly, and I had a great experience during my visit. While I noticed that some Subways provide discounts for seniors, this location does not. However, that wasn't an issue for me. The service was prompt and accurate.

The food was good, and the staff were friendly, but I really can't tolerate heavy metal rock music, especially when it's so loud that I can barely hear the person in front of me. That subway used to be a great place to eat.

Two people working, no line, and still I waited 5 minutes for them to wait on me? Nice people, but maybe not the best job for them.

My mother and I just went in to get some sandwiches today on 6/22/22 at 3:30 pm and were very cautious from times in the past with staff that weren?t so great. But we were pleasantly surprised with the two young guys working there!!!! We didn?t catchtheir names but they made fabulous subs and had a very professional look about them!!! They were very kind and answered all ourquestions. OG subway needs to pay these guys more!!! They deserve it!!! 10/10 experience we will be coming back!!
