Starbucks - Oak Ridge

This is my first and last time going to this Starbucks. I ordered an Apple Spice Shaken Espresso Venti. The drink was mostly ice. The drink itself tastes burnt. I find eating the ice more appealing than the drink itself. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'm not going to mention everything I dislike about this store, but I will warn everyone that the store is closed for no apparent reason, and the drive thru is the only way to order. Meanwhile, the drive thru line takes FOREVER and the customer service is shameful. I do not support this store unless I've been gifted gift cards, and in this case the coffee was for my grandmother so I couldn't go somewhere else. If you have the option, I would recommend any other business over this one.

Great experience every time. The Baristas are friendly and helpful. Very polite, friendly and professional.
