We waited a long time to be served, so we ended up leaving without placing an order.

Absolutely horrible service! They ignore you and stand in the back while you are waiting at the counter to be served. And even after you have to call out and ask for help they will look at you and still ignore you. And there was NO ONE in the drive through so they’re not BUSY, they’re just ignorant.

I visited today for a drive-thru, and the staff didn't seem to take my questions seriously. The customer service was very disappointing. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order!

The service here was terrible and came with an attitude. I've never encountered such slow and disorganized staff at Tim's before. The drive-thru operates in a way that seems to serve only one car at a time, making you wait at the order board until your order is ready before asking you to pull forward. Even if there are ten cars waiting to place their orders, only one can move beyond the order board, while all the others remain stuck waiting.

May as well close 6pm everyday. NEVER have any donuts/timbits after 4pm.Don't give standard auto reply/apology asking to contact customer service. Did that previously and nothing has or ever will change.
