Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oakland

Ordered delivery. Delivery guy was named Donald. We stood outside of the apartment 10 minutes before expected delivery (and could see on map that he had not arrived). We walked around tried calling the number listed to contact him. Could not find himand no answer on the phone. My phone number was listed and he did not call us. Seems like he took a picture of our food andthen took it for himself. Ridiculous.

The manager, Stephanie, was very rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic knowledge about the Chipotle menu. I visited today at 3 PM, and I think it's important for your staff, especially managers, to receive better training.

I'll keep it short: food poisoning. I ordered a vegan Soyrizo bowl with rice, beans, mild salsa, corn, and salad. I won't be returning.
