Firewater Kitchen - Oakland

This is a fantastic location with a stunning view of Deep Creek Lake. The menu features upscale food and cocktails that are truly impressive. I only tried the pretzel (which was delicious), but I’m excited to return and explore more options. The cocktails were excellent as well! While you will spend a bit more to eat here, it is definitely worth it!

We had the most amazing experience at firewater on such a special day for us. Everyone was just as excited as we were and really went above and beyond to help us celebrate our engagement. The atmosphere is so pretty and peaceful. Our experience started with our bartenders giving great drink suggestions and followed through with our waitress Bri being so kind and giving great food suggestions (muscle and lamb were such great apps. The positives: 1. The ambiance is quite cozy with wonderful views. 2. The staff is very friendly. 3. The food tastes fantastic. 4. Generous portion sizes. The downside: 1. The menu could benefit from more variety; I was hoping for additional entrees and perhaps a soup option.

We had a wonderful time. We made a same day reservation and boated up to the dock. The menu wasn?t huge but there was something for everyone. The food was good, we had salmon and the fisherman?s stew and it came out within 20ish minutes. Fantastic Experience!!!! My wife and I came because we noticed the upscale selection of foods rather than typical ?bar food?. We tried several small plates and split the scallops. Everything , I mean everything, was incredible. By far the best food I?ve ever had in Deep Creep. Quite possibly best food I?ve ever had period.
