I love this spot, cheap, good quality food,fast delivery and awesome service.!!!

You spend your money with them and they don't even give you sauce. You have to pay 0.10 per sauce packet or 0.50 per sauce cup. If I spend $30-40 the least you could offer is at least 2 sauce packets

I had delivery on door dash tonight. I have driven by this place tor a long time. We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken, green bean chicken, and cheese Rangoon. Food was good! Nothing ground breaking. But everything arrived hot all the way into alameda. Prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken which was good. It tasted like general Taos chicken. Also had the green bean chicken. I was impressed that the green beans were cooked perfectly and just the right amount of crunch. Sauce was good. And the cheese Rangoon was good also. Large portion and came with sweet and sour sauce. Love that they were not super greasy and a good amount of the cheese filling. We will order again.

Been coming here for years. Tasty greasy indulgence!! I have childhood friends that make it a point to grab these ribs whenever they are in town. It can be busy and host an interesting variety of customers but not enough to be a deterrent. There is always parking.

Hong Kong Fast Food is also known as Hong Kong Express on delivery apps. How do I know? The addresses are the same. If I go here, I don 't order from the steam table. I call in an order, and usually the food is better and more generous. On a Saturday, I ordered delivery when I saw Caviar was offering a $5.00 promo to order from here. I ordered Wor Won Ton Soup and Salt 'n Pepper Prawns (in shell). The prices are actually pretty fair, as many other restaurants have much higher prices for the same menu items. Wor Won Ton Soup, grade (4/5): nice flavor. Lots of meat, shrimp, veggies, and won ton. Good recipe. Salt 'n Pepper Prawns, Grade (4/5): This is one of my favorite dishes, but everyone has a different recipe. Hong Kong Fast Food lightly batters prawns in the shell, then deep fries them. They taste good, but it lacks the crispy outside. The inside is soft, which is ok but the flavor doesn 't get into the prawns. Service/ Speed- my order was ready on time, and I received 2 fortune cookies, and utensils. Hong Kong Fast Food (Express) is located in a small shopping center near the I-980 freeway at 7th St x Market St, in West Oakland.
