Mcdonald's - Oakland

The McDonald's drive-thru experience is a mixed bag. I ordered a custom burger with all the extras, but unfortunately, the basic ketchup was missing, which was disappointing. However, I received a free Diet Coke that I didn't order, making for a positive surprise. Overall, it was a balance of good and bad experiences. The service was quick and efficient, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5. The price per person was affordable at $1-10. I recommend trying the Mcdouble at this location for lunch.

This McDonald's always has ice cream. Hey the kiosk are useless. 10 times slower than talking to a real person. Icecream seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I waited 28 minutes for my order of fries and ice tea, and they still got it wrong. When I asked at the drive-thru, I was told that orders were being made as they came up, and you just had to wait. The service was slow and disappointing. This was a take-out meal for lunch, costing $10-20 per person. The food was average, but the service and atmosphere were lacking.
