Caffe Primo - OAKLANDS PARK

Have been to Cafe Primo Sailbuty 3 times and each time the meals have taken over 40 minutes to come out and they where over cooked and cold. This last time 6family members attended and 5 fell ill and vomited 1 hour later. Will never ever go back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Definitely won't return here. The place looks like it did when I used to come in my late teens and I'm now nearly 40.The food was pretty average. We also ordered coffees and pancakes and sat and waited and waited... and waited some more... as we saw other people who arrived after us get their coffees etc first.The pancake was alright, maybe a little too thick. I like a hotcake style pancake as opposed to a crepe but this was like double the thickness (or more). It was quite dry.It was certainly nothing to rave about so I know to not go back again. At least not until it is given a HUGE makeover and new cafe/business inside.

This was our 3rd chance for Caffe Primo Marion and sadly our final visit as the food has been slowly going downhill over the last year and tonight we were unable to eat much of our meals, starting with the garlic bread being soaked in oil to our mains of steak & chicken being almost cold & a pizza also soaked in oil then we thought we may get to finish something when we received our pancakes but sadly we each took a bite & politely had to spit out as it was totally caked in salt, not just a little it was frosted in salt so after many chances sadly we will now drive a distance to Anzac Highway for Primo. It was also disappointing that not one staff member asked why we did not eat most of our food.

Waiter gave us a table and told us to order up the front then waiter gave the table to another couple. After asking for assistance from a staff member they advised me to tell the couple to move tables as they didn't want to do it themselves. Very bad service.

Good food good service friendly staffs nice place to go have dinner in this really bad weather in long weekend but disappointed because they not taking discount the reason is long weekend I thought that was funny but charged me surcharge you got to laugh sometimes
