Írjon visszajelzéstVisit Elly 's Cafe for great coffee. I always go for the standard Flat White in a cup. I order two at a time, pretending one 's for a mate (but I drink them both myself . I found Elly 's Cafe Marion 's coffee the best. Always hot, always consistent strength. Better than Bocelli 's, Bravo 's, Buongiorno 's, Arab Steed, Gloria 's, The Greek on Halifax, Bici 's, etc, etc. 3 cheers for Elly 's, Marion ! ! !
Absolutely yum. Coffee was excellent, service excellent, staff were great. Reasonably priced, definitely will be going back.
We arrived at Westfield Marion towards the end of the virus restrictions and found that most of the seating was closed off. However, we were able to find seats in use at Elly Café on the ground floor. We came for lunch and found a variety of options to choose from. My wife opted for quiche and salad, while I chose a salad sandwich with my own selection of fillings. Our order arrived quickly, and we enjoyed our meal, although the quiche seemed to have been heated in a microwave, which affected the pastry. We ended our meal with coffee and cake, which was delicious. The staff were friendly, although understandably busy trying to keep track of the number of customers. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would be happy to return to Elly Café again.
Recently visited this cafe as I thought I would give them a go. Ordered three very basic meals, one just chips and all were the smallest servings I have ever seen. It seems this place is too greedy charging high and serving low quantities of food. For the high amount spent and for what we received I certainly won’t be going back.
My last visit to this cafe on Sunday was disappointing compared to my previous experience. There were two young female staff members and one older person cooking in the kitchen. One of the young waitresses was taking orders, making coffee, and serving customers, while the other was unwrapping pastries. After placing our order for coffee and juice, we took a seat and waited. This process repeated with other customers, including a woman from the salon opposite the cafe who engaged the waitress in a lengthy conversation before finally getting her takeaway coffee. When the other waitress finally started helping to serve the waiting customers, she slammed our drinks down on the table, causing coffee and juice to splash everywhere. It was not a pleasant visit.
