I ordered 30 bucks of pretzels never again they were not hot or soft tasted very old I will not be returning to that place ever

My husband and I went to buy pretzels on opening day! We were very excited to try their pretzels. . My husband loved his brats pretzel! I got the plain one and of course it was great. Next time I will get sugar cinnamon. Love another new business in our town!!

They don’t answer their phone all the time and then they stated they wouldn’t take any online orders, just walk ins and then there were no guarantees. Because “we’ve been taking orders for over a month”. Very rude customer service. Telegraph location. I called the Tesson location and was much friendlier.
