Staff are friendly but very poorly trained. Management should have a close look at customer satisfaction asap

Ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch poutine and got fries some bacon and chicken no cheese and wrong sauce very hard to screw up the main ingredient in a POUTINE

1200 noon, and they are out of pickles on a Sunday.Store could be better managed I would say.

I recently had an exceptionally satisfying experience at Harvey's fast food, and I'd like to share my positive feedback.Despite the attendant being quite young, I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and courteous demeanor. She exemplified excellent customer service throughout my visit.It's worth noting that my interaction with the manager (or possibly the owner) was equally pleasant. Their attention to customer satisfaction was evident, and they went out of their way to ensure a positive dining experience.Harvey's was notably clean and well-maintained. This commitment to cleanliness added to the overall positive impression of the establishment.What truly stood out was their willingness to accommodate my request to add a unique sauce to my burger, even though it wasn't a standard option. This level of flexibility made my visit even more enjoyable.My visit to Harvey's fast food was marked by exceptional customer service, a clean and inviting atmosphere, and a genuine effort to cater to my preferences. I left with a smile on my face, appreciative of the outstanding service I received.

Disaster. It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge 3 of us. Called for assistance. People hid around the corner from the Swiss Chalet side. It was the 2 for 6 deal the three of each got. My friend ordered two veggie burgers and gave him regular burgers. He only noticed when he bit into it. The person working in the kitchen was telling her co-worker that she was really tired because she was hung over. They didn't have onions and had to grab a few condiments from the drive-thru as the front wasn't set up. This place shouldn't be open if this is the experience they provide. It wasn't a surprise that it was only a few customers came in for lunch as this place probably has a really bad reputation. The staff were not happy serving customers. Go to the one on Appleby and Upper Middle. Stay away from this one.
