Royal Shawarma - Oakville

This is the most amazing place to go with friends and family to buy the fantastic shawarma. they make them shawarma fresh and it is very good his crazy how good it is! I love this place. the restaurant is very clean. I came a few times in the morning, and they always cut the sweet ones they don't use the same sweet of yesterday or the day before nope! they cut out fresh every day. I trust only this place to get my freshly made shawarma. I love talking to them, especially the owner mr. boomga he is the best person I ever meant, he always knows how to laugh, he usually wears the black instead of the white as his son. I always order a chicken-shawarma plate with garlic sauce and a little hot sauce! and if I want to eat a bit fast, I get the chicken-shawarma wrap. I've been here for 7 years and I'm 35 years old now. if I find the best shawarma, then it is the best shawarma they will do everything in their stomach!

I decided to try out this new restaurant after it recently opened. It was quite busy when I visited, which I assumed meant the food was good. Each customer received a number when they placed their order, and I thought this indicated the order in which the food would be served. However, after ordering and waiting, I noticed that some people who had arrived after me were receiving their food before me. When I inquired at the counter, I was told that they were prioritizing larger orders first. This led to frustration among the customers waiting for their meals. Eventually, I received my simple order after a large party had been served, despite arriving before them. I am writing this review before eating because I am so disappointed and angry that I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

I ordered for falafel wraps and I got chicken instead. when I came back to correct my order, the worker there was extremely rude. I wanted to support the business at such times and so think about the boom (because of the belief limitations.) that I could still consume the packs instead of throwing them. the worker became even more rude and called me ignorant. he even threatened to call the police! I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. we all have to sue each other and be tolerant. that was such a terrible experience!

My wife and I have tried many restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, and we believe that this place is the best. She is a vegetarian and always orders the falafel, while I always go for the shawarma. The service is quick and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

I went there for lunch and i was debating either 3 4 1 pizza or royal shawarma. Thinking ok lets support mom and pop shop instead of franchise, ill go for shawarma. I came out feeling i was so ripped off that i barely could...finish the meal. Meal itself is nothing special, they gave me soo much rice and barely any sauce or meat. I cant believe i paid 16.50$ for bowl of rice. It pissed me off that i actually went to write a review
